Breathing in and out against resistance exercises your respiratory muscles increasing muscle tissue growth, strength and efficiency.
This specifically trains the muscles which control your breathing, the intercostals, diaphragm and rectus abdominus or abs.
Airofit is used outside of your exercise sessions for just 5-10 minutes a day to isolate these muscles and to not interfere with workout quality.
Why is this important?
The amount of air you can exchange and your ability to do so efficiently over time is a limiting factor for your performance.
Although breathing muscles are utilised when exercising they are not being training specifically. Directly isolating these muscles allows you to maximise your respiratory capacity.

Training your muscles in oxygenless conditions and improving your ability to exhale carbon dioxide extends your anaerobic threshold, improving performance at high intensity.
